Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered over 30 capacity-building training programs and workshops across Pakistan, covering key areas including Strategic Orientation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Leadership and Management, Employability Skills, Institutional Development, Gender Mainstreaming, and Modern Teaching Methodologies.
These initiatives have involved partnerships with leading organizations such as the University of Peshawar, UNDP, GIZ, USAID, UNFPA, Care International, British Council, the Government of Balochistan and the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These workshops ranged from focused one-day workshops to series of trainings with in-depth multi-day training programs.
Beyond training, I serve as a dedicated mentor, guiding emerging professionals and teams in building sustainable careers and high-performing units. Through personalized coaching and strategic guidance, I have empowered youth, educators, community leaders, and development practitioners to strengthen their skills, enhance institutional performance, and drive inclusive, sustainable development.
